Sure FTG is more versatile and can be spammed more etc. But there is one thing that makes Sasuke's teleportation far greater. It's ability to kill in one shot.


Controlled thought experiment.

To be fair say there are two Minatos. Min A and Min B.

Min A is the original Minato.

Min B is same as original Minato except that he has Sasuke's teleportation instead of FTG.



Our test target? Hashirama.


Min A

Spoiler

He loses to Hashirama because he can't actually kill Hashirama. He warps away all of Hashi's giant attacks. But he can't do anything to win because Hashirama is too powerful. Mokuton is too much for Min A to land a hit or throw a Kunai anywhere near Hashirama. So he just FTGs away, making Hashirama winner by default.

Min B

Spoiler

Min B proceeds to stab a rock on the ground with his sword. Hashirama isn't alarmed because he doesn't suspect anything. Suddenly, the sword goes right into Hashirama's brain, killing him instantly.

What happened?

Min B swapped the rock and Hashirama's body, Hashi's head where the rock used to be. He swapped right when the sword begins to peirce the surface of the rock. When the swapping is complete, there is literally no distance between the sword and Hashi's head. No room for dodging.

Conclusion: Sasuke's technique can strike down people that FTG can't and that is why it is better.

Yup, the exact equivalent to the rock of OP. Sasuke's jutsu works exactly as FTG, but the difference is that for Sasuke's case, he doesn't need to mark the objects.

=WalksInShadows;16501153]imo, Sasuke doesn't even have the body of work that a Top 5 person has since you're talking all time. Despite his power lvl, his body of work is weak. He has next to nothing in soloing feats and virtually all of his wins were due to his opponent killing themselves just to name a couple of problems i see when i look at his resume.

what do you mean by body?? he has the power and thats what is relevant.
bold. logic is extremely flawed. he has defeated opponents strongeer than him at the time, soloing has nothing to do with a characters strength. the main character naruto hasnt soloed anyone i can remember, he always had external help from either kyuubi or comrades, by your silly logic hes not top 5. besides you are wrong, he was stomping team yamato, he took out deidara, the latter was outclassed to the point were he relied on a suicide jutsu to kill sasuke but failed, stalmated the raikage and took danzo all on his own. not that its important, sasuke is top tier. he has the jutsus and the skill so your whole body talk doesnt make much sense.

the guy is right, sasuke does defeat hashirama, he actually shits on him. battle starts in sasukes range and he kills hashirama easily by teleporting him to his(sasukes) attack, he gets the madara treatment as sasuke cleaves him in half. if the battle starts long range, sasuke activates ps and proceeds to chop down all hashiramas wood and hashirama follows soundly
if you think sasuke cant beat 3rd raikage then theres nothing i can say. he defeats him with his Ems let alone his rinnegan. underating sasuke is a bit foolish.

The body of work?? He has MS,Rinnengan,Senjutsu, and S/T.. That's pretty much the total package, he's practically a EMS Sasuke and Minato combined.

Body of work = feats, jutsu, accomplishments, intellect, battle smarts, etc.

- there are ppl who have better feats than him, especially war feats
- the only accomplishments he has is in obtaining Sharingan lvls
- he hasn't gone up a official village chain of command anywhere past Genin
- he's still living in someone else's shadow
- next to nothing in solo feats
- and he's certainly not the total package. If that were so, he would be just as good with genjutsu as he is in everything else. So that is definitely a lie.

No one has solo feats, just about all the characters got major outside help in battles.. So that doesn't disproved anything.

1. Hashirama would definitely be hard, but he hasn't shown the speed to deal with Amaterasu. And the S/T jutsu is the one he turkey has no counter for.

you need to reread Hashirama's VotE fight v. Madara pronto.

2. S/T, the fight is over

Nagato can counter with Asura Path. That + Preta/Ningendo is just as good a counter as any for that jutsu.

dude tanked a FRS from a clone's BC Mode. Amaterasu won't amount to anything more than singing w/e body hair the Raikage needs to get rid off. More to the point, he is more than fast enough to dodge it altogether, especially since Ei did it with 0 problems. Amaterasu's effectiveness is overrated anyway.
