To add to SoloKing's comments, learning is what you need to do. You're new into AMVs. Every video maker was at one point. I'm not the shit now, but I'm at a point where I've found my groove and feel extremely proud with the videos I've made because I've evolved. It's a hobby I like too.

I know you left me a negative comment for my comments in your other thread, as well in a negative rep (You should've throw insults to someone who's giving you advice and wants the best of you by the way), but I'm just trying to help. To address those comments, I stand by with what I say. I felt nothing. It was just a song and random clips for the majority. Some of the clips worked, but mostly it didn't. The last video in your post is probably your best, but it has random moments too. I think, perhaps, you're stretching for time because some songs have long instrumental moments or what have you. Audio can be edited. AMV's don't have to be 3+ minutes. You can have a 3 minute videos that's hit and miss, or a 1-2 minute videos that's all a big hit. That time, if you must do a longer video, can be filled with better moments from the anime or even fan art. That depends on the beat of the song of course. All depends. So, I don't take back my comments, but hopefully I explained them better.

Anyways, you're always evolving and getting better, but you have to find your groove. I don't think you've found yours yet. Your videos are videos I'd click on and turn off in less than one minute as they are noting than seemingly random clips of fights set to some song. There is no storytelling. There is no matching lyrics to what's appearing on the screen. It's just nothing. It's an AMV that adds to the pool of videos people see as generic, pardon my french, shit videos because there is no heart there seemingly. I know you try hard and I see potential, but you have to find your place. And what program you have isn't an excuse. Awesome videos can be made with movie maker or other ones of that caliber or even less. You don't need the most advanced art supplies to create an amazing piece. Your tool can be a pencil and you can create something amazing. Remember, an expert with a pebble can beat a novice with a shuriken.

As for some general tips. Gotta fix the aspect ratios and what not. I, and every AMV editor ever, go through that phase. Use free programs to crop it all into the same aspect ratio. Also, if you can and I know you can with Naruto episodes and mostly everything on TV ever, (Except for some old Disney shows. Damn you Disney and download places I shall not name) download them without logos and what not. Or extract them later on via cropping them as I said. Words like wwwwhatevercom or subtitles ruin the video. It's a visual flaw and can be fixed pretty easily. The songs weren't ones I enjoyed, but that's just a taste thing. No flaw in differing tastes. Also, the speeding up clips is very annoying in my opinion. I know you probably want all you can, but cramming it all together just isn't good. Choose clips wisely. Hell, you don't even have to use clips. Test yourself by making a video with photos only. Every photo has to be chosen perfectly as it has to match what's happening. It's good practice when picking clips. It has to be a good match.

Then again, maybe these types of videos aren't my style. Apparently some people like them. I'm not even close to one of them. I'm not telling you to make what I like. Make something you would watch and something you're proud of. Even if someone like me is giving negative, but hopefully encouraging, comments you should be proud for the time you put in to create an art piece.

Anyways, here are videos I like and consider awesome videos. Now, there are some awesome videos like Soloking has in his sig that just are not videos I enjoy, but they can still be just amazing and something I like, but I understand the greatness, you know? Sorta get some taste of all styles to see what you like.

Tell me something about those videos there. I want your opinions. Maybe not on the subject matter because not everyone likes those characters or whatever, but those videos capture storytelling and effects awesomely. Tell me what you think.

I might be coming off really harsh, but I'm telling you things you need to hear. I wish someone would've told me when I started. I would've reacted the same as you, but it's good to get those thoughts in your head early on. I had the heart and had a good touch with scene placement early on. It was my only redeeming factor. Hell, I only used pics in my early early early videos. Then it grew into actually widescreen photos and then a went through a small gif phase for like two videos and then I used clips. Then I used fullscreen clips. Then I used HD clips. Now, I'm at an awesome place. None of that happened over night and it won't for you either, but you can get an earlier start than I did. You just need to let it all sink in. Please vm me your next video. I want to see you progress. I just want to help. Ask me questions about programs. I'll do my level best.

I dont need your help, Ill be better than you in no time

I didn't insult. I said things you didn't want to hear. I wasn't going to praise something I didn't think deserved praise, but I didn't just insult. I gave my thoughts and advice, but I do realize the post in the other thread could've been 100% expanded on and I did just that here. It's up to you to not act like you are currently acting and actually read what I said I didn't say you put in no effort or I was better than you. The videos come off it no effort was put in though. That's a problem, yeah. And not exactly how I do it? You're right. A bunch of random clips and seemingly no effort is garbage. I'm not jealous of that one bit, but this isn't about me. I was just using my own experience and if you actually read my post, you'd see that. You have massive potential. The only downfall is your attitude. I wish you the best of luck.

i have yet to see your youtube channel? show me and I'll judge you

I've posted videos here before and this isn't about comparing me to you. I'm giving you advice from the perspective of a viewer with a dash of an actual editor thrown in, but I'm mainly speaking from a viewer's perspective.

However, if you must judge me and I'm sure you'll condemn my work with all negatives because I've upset you or perhaps because I truly suck, I dunno, but here are a few videos of mine, all of different types so you can get a full picture. Please feel free to judge me. I'll take your criticism, thank you for your comments, and move on.

Some of these aren't AMVS because I do edit with cartoons and movies too, but the general gist is still there obviously. Sizes range from less than a minute to 3 and 4. Some are fun videos. Some are not. Most are upbeat though.

1. Hank & Jan (Perfect)
2. Right Here (Zod/Faora)
3.DC/Marvel Couples (All of Me)
4. DC/Marvel Villains (World So Cold)
5. TyZula (7 Days)

So, there you go. As everyone can deduce, our styles are very different (I like different types of songs and my videos are just stylized differently) , but that doesn't mean my opinion is worthless. Also, people feel free to call my videos shit and praise his or shit on both of ours or praise both. Doesn't matter. I was just trying to give advice. Not compare our videos.

Thanks for the comments. I do wish you'd elaborate more. Tell me things I here to improve on. I want t go from being alright to be as good as you are because, you know, I'm so jealous. Big seriously, give me pros (if I have any) and cons.

2 episodes isn't an excuse and a better story can be made, especially with the Hashirama and Madara episodes. I'm cutting some slack because you're new, but there is no excuse to get better than your previous work. You can tell such an amazing story with characters like Hashirama and Madara using two or three episodes.

And trust me when I say I'm not even close to jealous. I have no reasons to be. I like my style. I like all my clips properly cropped. I like upbeat songs mostly and emotional songs for some. You didn't get goosebumps, and that's fine. Maybe you don't like the characters as much as I do or maybe my message wasn't relayed properly, but I that's fine. I'm proud of my work despite your comments, as you should be despite my comments, but in by crying about it like you and calling you jealous what not. Again, I have no reason to be jealous what so over.

And time? You're right I have time and experience. My videos went from shit to actual videos in 3 or so years. Didn't happen over night. Same will happen to you, hopefully, barring your attitude.

Anyways, thanal for the comments.
