He beats Itachi comfortably. Nagato is a sensor, as such he sensed the buildup of pressure from Itachi moments before he used Amaterasu, this gives Nagato space to evade that, rendering it essentially useless. Otherwise, I believe that Genjutsu is easily countered by the Rinnegan, since it cancelled the effects of Infinite Tsukuyomi, so I doubt regular Tsukuyomi would be any better. Itachi, on the other hand doesn't have any counter for CT, as he lacks the destructive power.

As for this matchup, Team 2 win high diff.​
