people underrate Konans ability to dominate range, in the case of kakuzu she would stay in CQC ''swarming'' him while trying to open up earth defense w/ clone feints, then shred & bomb his jiongo mass..

against say, Hebi sasuke she would battle him at range & snipe at his various defenses.

and she is a hard counter to deidara for example

Didn't her paper hold its own against Jiraiya's Katon? At least in the anime it did.

Domu does counter paper bombs, but that's not the problem. The problem is that there are so many and they're everywhere around Kakuzu. Soon as Domu goes away he gets an explosion right in the face.
That is, if course, if Konan can tank Fire/Wind combination. I doubt it, but clones could help.

Adding to Zexion's post, she doesn't even hold a viable counter to Raiton: Gian. That alone would ignite her and destroy most of her paper. Katon: Zukokku & Fūton: Atsugai turns her to ashes.​
