I think that Madara's looks cooler. I feel Kishimoto could have done more with Sasuke's eyes. There were some fan made ones that looked a lot better than the one he has right now

sasukes Ms alone look really different from the other Ms, shisui,itachi,izuna,madara,obito
sasuke Ms design alone is more detailed than an EMS eye
and his EMS is not much diff from his Ms

infact madaras EMS is the exact overlap of madara and izunas MS
but sasuke EMS is the same as sasuke Ms + itachi Ms theme combined somehow
