But metal no metal is so awesome you need to listen to it more often. People now don't listen to what the call "music" and settle for BS simplified sounds. It's not even close to being music. If you want to listen to technical complicated music check out Death, Necro****ist, Lamb of God, Shadowsfall, All Shall Perish, Opeth( anything after Ghost Reveries is not great anymore) Dying Fetus, Nile, Hate Eternal, Cannibal Corpse, As I Lay Dying, Behemoth, Slayer, Pantera, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin(Yes Led Zeppelin is the roots of Heavy Metal), Black Sabbath, Metallica( only up to And Justice for all....After that they are Rockatallica) GWAR and so many others you should check out as well

I am not a 'fan' of metal, however, can appreciate it from time to time, with friends. Whom work in IT, kitchens, construction, one guy is a conservatorium graduate who mixed K1 acoustics.

many of the new generation bands are pretty obscure imo ;/ well that doesn't reserve for all bands, as i recently found a new band, nine lashes, which was pretty good. but most then not, i've seen some bands like brokencyde and blood on the dance floor, and they're terribe with their scene make up and lyrics... they just, overall...suck.

i really like myself some judas priest, overkill, motorhead and slayer.
