Lets just say for arguments sake that everyone who has it was or is in a pirate crew/Army regime/WG position.

there are 37 pirate crews and average out about to 30 members a piece with the total being 1110 pirates worth mention(Excluding yonkos and their crews) running a muk (which is fairly conservative to say the least. there was more than that at marine ford.)

We have 11 east blue islands times for four the other seas a total of 44 non grandline islands
21 grandline islands encountered before the new world and with 7 different paths to choose we multiply that out to be 147 islands. Estimating the same number on the other end of the world we double that to get a whopping total of 388 islands in the one piece world Assuming conservatively they each have a military force the size of Alabasta 100,000
thats a grand total of 33,800,000armed forces

So I have no way of saying how many the marines are in numbers but the world government should atleast be able to match the pirates of mention and have the same amount of petty forces as the islands around them. So
Marines worth mention ~~1100 total marines ~~30,000,000

So assuming that out of them the strong ones all head to the new world. So more would be concentrated there. Lets say that instead of 1 out of 1 million in the new world have the Kings disposition 3 out of a million have it

If we total up the math that would mean 202 people in the new world should have it.

THIS IS JUST ESTIMATING MATH. But you get the idea

The point of this thread being that if you are good enough to make it in the new world you should see alot of people running around with Kings haki.
202 is more than the people you could name in one piece without google right now. So its arguable to say a whole crew of people with kings could be running around. Or a whole armada with leaders who have Kings.

Well you can have affinity for con. haki, but that doesn't mean you can make it in the new world.

I think the combination of a 1 in a million ability + the strength to survive the NW is much more rare.

The numbers are all based on guesstimation, so that number of 202 could also be 50 or 500.

Something that is interesting to keep in mind is that people who have that combination of skills, are most likely to roam around in the new world because they have an advantage over other pirates/marines.

Also I think we won't see a crew with multiple people with con. haki, it doesn't add anything. For instance what use would it be for Zoro to have that ability when Luffy already has it.

Name 50 characters.
Name 500 characters.
I am just saying that it could and should be a common thing from this point on.

I didnt. The number of Armed forces were from alabasta. And I just counted the islands that had civilization.
And I counted the pirated crews that were seen on ships. Then counted their members excluded outliers and then did averages.

One out of a million significant others, I don't think fodders count even in the the new world.

I'd say that Conqueres Haki is common around peopl with the will of D, and people who are yonkous.

Doflamingo got lucky

We all know that COC will be a common thing in the new world, even Chinjao said that

Conqueror's Haki can only be used by the descendants of the Will of D.

Don't expect Mihawk to have it

Then explain Shanks and Rayleigh

They are Will of D. descendents as well.

The D people were defeated by the ancient knigdom. The residents of the kingdom most likely raped some of the D people and they had children. The D bloodline got thinner and thinner. Characters with D in their names are pure DIRECT descendants.

They don't have the will seeing as they don't have a D in their names

I'm pretty sure Rayleigh said it's 1 in a million people.
