before someone brings up 'naruto able to use CoAT, so sasuke's yin is useless or something else', id like to tell that to do creation of all things, one needs yin and yang power (hago did need that). yang power: to breathe life. yin power: to create physical forms from nothingness. what naruto did to kakashi's eye was just breath life to the cell (remember naruto said he took something of kakashi's part) and let it expand till it became a whole eye, like chouji's baika no jutsu. chouji uses yang release and let his body bigger.

so as being stated above, sasuke's yin ability is to create physical forms using imagination and make it real through chakra. basically, sasuke could create bijuu (without the life tho) because hagoromo created 9 bijuus (their body) by using yin power, and then breathed life through them so they could be alive

But Sasuke doesn't possess that much amount of chakra. He himself gets exhausted after two or three use of his Rinnegan ability.

0.o But he was never shown to be out of chakra only tired and sweating it's hard to believe all he did so far in this war and he just now run out of chakra with 2-3 teleportation techniques.

Naruto regenerates body parts but can't stop a dying person from dying.
Sasuke seal on Naruto's seal might do the unexpected. That is stop a dying person from dying.
Since we haven't seen anyone dying yet (apart from Obito but still not on the verge of death) Sasuke's seal might play its role there.
