Is Madara dead or possessed?

We saw black Zetsu shove his hand inside of Madara, and then seemed to possess him. That is when Kaguya appeared. Does this mean that Madara is dead and doesn't exist anymore or is Kaguya using his body?

I guess Kaguya has absorbed Madara in his body like Sasuke absorbed sick Orochimaru. However Madara is not dead.
Probably when Kaguya wiil be defeated/sealed by Naruto_Sasuke then Madara will reappear in weakened state. Then Hashirama & Madara will re-unite again & leave the world happily after restoring their friendship.
