Kimimaro can only really be pressured by their CS2 and KN1 states, and those states cannot be maintained for long (by Sasuke's own admission), and even then they'd still be at a major disadvantage in all areas of combat.

Healthy Kimimaro is basically a guy with Hebi Sasuke level speed, Kakuzu level durability, Tsunade level regenerative capacity, and Killer Bee level Taijutsu prowess rolled into one, combined with the ability to skewer everything in the surrounding area while turning himself into a pseudo-bone-logia. It boggles my mind how little credit the man gets.
