Need a new laptop

So I get a discount on Lenovo's through my job. The one I'm looking at has these specs:
Processor:4th Generation Intel Core i7-4500U Processor (3.00GHz 1600MHz 4MB)
Operating System:Windows 8.1 64
Graphics:NVIDIA GeForce GT 820M 2GB
Memory:8.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz
Display:14.0" HD LED Glare (1366x768)
Hard Drive:1 TB SSHD + 8 GB SSD
Any good or do you guys have any suggestions? Budget is $700 (US). Absolutely no Apple.

I don't quite think you know what a chromebook is. No one should ever suggest a chromebook to anyone looking to have a full computer. Chromebooks are extremely limited. They are something you suggest to a grandparent or parent.

honestly, tat laptop is excellent, and for that amount of money, it's a good deal.
