That's false. Sasuke is not omnipotent yet.

He did display amazing reality-changing powers, controlling almost everything arround him. But his true potential is yet to be shown(Kishi is restraining him). Then, he'll be omnipotent.

It's not that Op'ed, he still has to focus on what he wants to switch and then make it happen. Which means anyone that can sense chakra build up can possibly sense him about to use it, or anyone with Naruto/Guy like speed and reaction.
