How strong is the 3rd Raikage "let's get this straight"

I see some think he top 10 some not even top 20. I seen some one say danzo (no ka) is stronger, Mu, MS sasuke even his son Ay.
I think he sh!ts on all those guy base off what was shown and said. People also need to realize LIVING 3RD RAIKAGE IS STRONGER THAN HIS EDO FORM. Not only was his edo form was strong enough to beat Kcm Naruto he didn't show his full power. Kabuto was controlling him, he revived edos weaker so he can controll them (if they're to strong) like tobirama said. He had black lightning but we never seen him use it. We know his durability is insane and his spear was the only thing that could pierce him. He was able to solo the 8 tails and took on 10000 men alone

How strong do you think he is? Who's the strongest person he can beat? Who's the weakest person that can beat him?
I say ems Madara best he beats, Minato weakest that beats him. Both high diff; ranked between 15-8( no sage fam or juubi jins)


(If he was so ashamed if his scare why didn't he cover it up with his flak jacket? )

Third strongest Kage after Hashirama and Minato.

Third Raikage laughs Danzo's wind style and Tobirama and Hiruzen cannot beat him. Mu and Ohnoki would need to somehow land particle style to win, that's if they don't get blitzed first.

The weakest is potentially Deidra-sama.. and Sasuke( pre Hebi)

Minato can win Via seals and internal damage..

his speed is good might not be the best but its still good

His attack can take care of anyone.. regen isnt a problem when he can immediately take off someones head with his nukite
