I was wrong. I was thinking about when Madara Nearly controlled Obito With Black Zetsu when he was atop the Juubi.
I know that obito wasn't completely under Madara's control, but I reckon that could distract Obito enough for Madara to deal with him.
I have a hard time believing that Madara loses to MS Obito. This must be what Itachi fans feel like.

Obito with the rinnegan further ehanced his six path Justus and was able to preform two on Madara, while using Kamui to evade.

You can grasp it however you want but any version of Madara without a Rinnegan is minor hindrance to intangibility. Madara needs at least a Hermit mode to even compete[SUB]

Now on too Maddy, I have much respect for his power ems rinnegan and juubi Jin versions. Obito doesn't stand a chance against ems or rinnegan maddy without a double kamui that's that. It was also stated by Minato Senpai that juubi Jin maddy > juubito. With good reason.

So for now I think it's fair to say kamui obito second behind maddy until rinnegan sasuke gets another power up to surpass juubito. Rinnegan Sauce vs juubito would end with sasukes head up his own ass. :|

Strongest uchiha with the Rinnegan is madara because he access to paths, limbos, SS, PS etc. Sasuke is second in this category.
