I agree with you. I honestly think Sasuke will be hokage because he will use rinnegan on elders and daimyo to out-vote naruto.
But seriously naruto just doesn't have the ideology unless Sasuke becomes one of his advisors along with shikamaru and he handles the dark side of the village.

Yeah the only way Sasuke becomes Hokage is if he genjutsus everybody. Naruto would have been just fine if he had Shikamaru's help.

Naruto will be the Kage of all Kage, the Supreme Kage if you will.

He'll let Konohamaru be Hokage and watch over Konoha, Gaara still looks after Suna, etc. But Naruto is just the big boss, like the Supreme Kai in DBZ.

Naruto will become Hokage because he received the hokages necklace from tsunade and didn't due after but I do believe konohamaru will become Hokage after naruto
