He copied Lee's movements but he had to train in order to attain a high speed body that was compatable with those movements.

In the begining of part 2 Sakura speculated that he too steroids cause he kicked their asses so easily.She was astonished by how someone could become so much stronger in 2 and a half years.

The 2 i just mentioned aren't handouts,and so isn't him Orochimaru,yes he got a power boost it but it literally wasn't a hand out.It's not like Orochimaru said,"Hey Sasuke absorb me and use my power" - Instead of that Sasuke forcibly absorbed him.


Naruto has had the most handouts

He has always. used the Kyuubis power in many fights - at times he literally asked the Kyuubi for chakra,and the kyuubi gave it to him - that is a handout.

Now he got power from The Sage and 8 other Bijuu.
