Before, I stated that Obito could potentially be recognized as God of Shinobi. I then also stated that the top 3 Uchiha ( strongest) was between Madara , Itachi, Obito in no particular order. I am now leaning for certain towards Obito being above Itachi.. His kamui power allows him to transport any parts of his body into his Kamui dimension without injury or death.. this includes his "eyes" and his "entire body" .. b4 I was debating to myself that Obito could use Iazanagi in a battle against Itachi to bring the advantage heavily in his favor.. Though this would bring great risk given Itachis ability to use Izanami.. Izanagi isn't needed in this situation. However..
Obito can transport his "eyes" to counter Itachis genjutsu all together.. He can transport his entire body to bypass Itachis Susanoo, Yata Mirror included.. Yata mirror reflects all things .. Physical and entitative( supernatural in other words).. Obito can bypass the Yata Mirror because there is nothing to reflect.. Obito is basically moving with large pieces of his body being stored in the kamui dimension while countering the Yata Mirror.. continuing.. once Obito is inside Itachis Susanoo, given obitos quick reaction, dexterity, taijutsu, and use of his kamui in conjunction with his combat, there isn't anything Itachi can really do without injuring himself ( somewhat) in the process.. Ibito would go for the one touch kamui, in which Itachi would most likely respond with Amaterasu, either he puts this on himself, or he puts it just barely around him given the space .. this will "temporarily" prevent Obito from capturing itachi without receiving collateral damage.. However.. Itachi will be in a very desperate bind..
Obito has been shown to be able to somehow free himself with whatever method he uses from the black flames.. this can be done in this situation.. Itachi will be feeling the side effects of Amaterasu soon,..when battling Obito most certainly.. Itachi will have to face him for the majority of the time outside of his susanoo.. With no way of escaping Obito( nearly no shinobi can given his ability with the kamui and his speed with it as well.. Those such as Jiraya who can be reversed summoned to great distances away from the battlefield have such a chance) I say Obito will push Itachi to his limit given his stamina.. and eventually Obito will win, outlasting Itachi will give him this win ..
