I think this belongs to the FanFiction section
Now tell me, whats the difference in killing hashi? Minato tags hashi then its GG. Sasuke teleports until its GG. Sasuke has a sword and Chidori, minato has kunai and rasengan. Hashi can tank everything listed While he's in SM. Unless its a kunai to the brain, or a sword to the brain.
What are you trying to get at with hashi anyways ? Hashi has a better chance of killing Sasuke than he does Minato imo.
But it's obvious that a top 5 ninja like Sasuke can kill Hashi unlike base minato who is inferior to him.
wrongWhat are you trying to say?
Minato has to actually tag. Sasuke just teleports without tagging.
That is a world of difference.

How many times must you be told that it is only optional for Minato to tag someone, not a must?
whether or not Sasuke's technique is faster than a thrown kunai isn't the subject, it's whether or not that tech is better than FTG. Don't try to use the speed of a thrown kunai as of way of trying to argue for that tech being better because that logic isn't flying. This post in no way proves the amount of time it takes Sasuke to activate that jutsu is faster than the time it takes Minato to use FTG.He could just throw a Kunai.
Eitherway, the time of travel of Kunai is slower than Sasuke's teleportation.
the distance limit of Sasuke's jutsu hasn't even been stated yet. And assuming 100m is out of that range, all Minato has to do is throw a marked kunai and already be across the finish line. Sasuke would have to repeatedly shift himself, which is more times than Minato would have to throw the kunai and teleport. You're clearly exaggerating both the distance Sasuke can shift per attempt and the length of time it takes Minato to pull out a kunai.100 meter dash.
Who will win? Minato or Sasuke?
Sasuke of course.
By the time Minato takes the Kunai out of his pocket, Sasuke would have already teleported to the finish line.
Sasuke can only switch his place with an object, not 2 objects.
He either swapped Naruto and his own place with something else at the same time, or he swapped Madara's place with something else. Either way, he is able to swap the locations of other people than himself. Meaning that almost no Shinobi can escape or dodge his attacks. In other words, his Sharingan has granted him an instant kill move on almost every single Shinobi in the world. Not to mention that is easier to use and faster to use when compared with the FTG. Not to mention that Sasuke has demonstrated that he is able to teleport between dimensions as well. |

this.

Though he has already proven that he is able to swap places between a object and another person. |

Sure FTG is more versatile and can be spammed more etc. But there is one thing that makes Sasuke's teleportation far greater. It's ability to kill in one shot.
Controlled thought experiment.
To be fair say there are two Minatos. Min A and Min B.
Min A is the original Minato.
Min B is same as original Minato except that he has Sasuke's teleportation instead of FTG.
Our test target? Hashirama.
Min A
He loses to Hashirama because he can't actually kill Hashirama. He warps away all of Hashi's giant attacks. But he can't do anything to win because Hashirama is too powerful. Mokuton is too much for Min A to land a hit or throw a Kunai anywhere near Hashirama. So he just FTGs away, making Hashirama winner by default.
Min B
Min B proceeds to stab a rock on the ground with his sword. Hashirama isn't alarmed because he doesn't suspect anything. Suddenly, the sword goes right into Hashirama's brain, killing him instantly.
What happened?
Min B swapped the rock and Hashirama's body, Hashi's head where the rock used to be. He swapped right when the sword begins to peirce the surface of the rock. When the swapping is complete, there is literally no distance between the sword and Hashi's head. No room for dodging.
Conclusion: Sasuke's technique can strike down people that FTG can't and that is why it is better.
Sasuke can only switch his place with an object, not 2 objects.
why is it so hard for people to understand even after Kishi has Sasuke say I CAN SWAP PLACES WITH THINGS that he cant teleport?? Its not teleportation, its really not that hard to grasp.

Race to konoha from the current battlefield. Who wins?
Minato gets there in a blink of an eye.
Sasuke has his range, Minato's range is limitless. Remember when Minato fought against A and Bee? And Minato spreaded out all those taged kunai? Yeah, Minato wins against everyone in that scenario. Bar god tiers.
Remember when Minato solo'd an army division in a blink of an eye? Yeah Minato wins in that scenario.
Remember when Minato saved the SA? He didn't have them tagged but he still teleported everyone via FTG.
FTG is just more versatile.
the very fact that Sasuke is able to manipulate the space in his immediate area the way he does says it's a t/s jutsu :vincent:why is it so hard for people to understand even after Kishi has Sasuke say I CAN SWAP PLACES WITH THINGS that he cant teleport?? what situation is more important than being able to solo a division or save an army with 1 technique? Sasuke have only been using his against or for no more than 1 person tops. How is Sasuke's better? For all those situations, FTG is better.
But for the most important situation, Sasuke's teleportation is better.
At this moment Sasuke teleportation show more on self defend rather than attacking.... FTG shown can use as defend & attacking...

in your own words:Well, the is what PS is for. He can use that to solo an army. The teleportation is reserved for 1 on 1.
if Sasuke's were indeed better, he wouldn't need his best move to solo a division. Minato soloed an entire division in 1 area and saved his students that were nowhere in his immediate vicinity...all using 1 technique that wasn't even his best card. There's no stage that is more important to receive hype than in a war, and Minato showed multiple impressive feats that saved the war efforts of an entire army using 1 move in 2 of them. Canon wise, the only t/s that has outright been stated to be more advanced than FTG is the Kamui Obito used for much of the story. But for the most important situation, Sasuke's teleportation is better.
