Together they can counter all their main moves.

-None of Kisame's Suiton are a factor against any of these guys bar the Water Dome (since they can tank each and every one) (Which will drown Itachi so its a no-no for this fight) and Great Shark Bullet, which can be overloaded by Multiple Bijuu Dama as I highly doubt it can take 4 of them, or they can simply evade it with their speed.

-Kisame gets beaten in CQC by V2 B or the 3rd Raikage. V2 B already put a hole in his chest (Though he managed to heal from it) the 3rd Raikage would simply overpower him with his physical might and durability. Kisame can't hurt him by slashing with Samehada as he tanked a Bijuu Dama, and it'd take quite a few slashes to absorb the entirety of his chakra. The Raikage can use his arm to block Samehada's hits and he can separate Kisame from the sword using his strength (Similar to how Gai did it when they first fought) and run him through with Nukite.

-If B fights long range in Bijuu Mode, Totsuka and Genjutsu aren't going to land on him, and he's already countered Amaterasu by switching out with a clone. If Itachi tries to close the distance and make it a close range match, B can use his whirlwind and blow him away, only to follow up with a Bijuu Dama.

GSB would definitely absorb all 4 considering they would come straight at it. They would have to pass through it.
If Kisame has manga knowledge, he can simply merge with samehada and chakra can easily be turned into stamina as shown against B. V2 gets absorbed if it comes in contact so that's chakra can easily be used to regenerate kisame.
3rd raikage can be reacted to by kisame considering his reaction feats and his armor gets absorbed which would slow him down. If Kisame merges, he won't be able to separate him from the sword.

Water prison can be used on the raikage as shown with team Gai if he comes in contact with any of the clones blocking Kisame from all sides. The second he gets trapped, he has no way out.

Yeah, he can react to him. But it doesn't mean he'll beat him in CQC, though the separating from the sword tactic won't work for the reasons you stated. If fusion is an option while on dry land.

Yeah he won't beat him in a CQC though the raikage's armor would be absorbed making most of his attacks useless. I believe fusing would definitely be an option. Especially with intel on V2. It's just him merging with Samehada. Both Kisame and samehada has shown they can breathe on land. Merging together shouldn't be a problem.

Itachi and Kisame are to much. 3rd Raikage gets one shotted by Amaterasu since he isn't as fast as Ei. Ei needed to prep his bodyflicker while in v2 just to dodge. Anything in Killer bee arsenal can be absorbed once Kisame fuse with Samehada. GSB is actually the perfect counter for Bijuudama's since chakra only makes it bigger and stronger and tbb before they explode aren't even big to begin with.

Also when he goes full Hachibi mode he gets One shotted by Amaterasu as well. Or Genjutsu.
