Depends entirely on what the mission and team requires and has.

Hinata and Karin could easily be the most useful/strongest when you need a stealth operation.

Shikamaru is the most useful when there isn't any real tsctocisns around.

Sakura and Karin boost up when medics are not in a group.




Kind of hard to say: who is the best at amping a team. Too many factors.

After seeing what Sakura can do last chapter (boost techniques), I'd say she's probably the most valuable of them all. She is also smart, not Shikamaru level smart, but she is.

Sakura would be useful if they needed a medic and a above average smart Shinobi.

Shikamaru would be needed if they need to analyze harder than what Sakura could. Also his shadow possession is a real useful move.

Karin is also quite useful, but she gets exhausted after healing someone. Her sensory is great as well.

Hinata has the Byagukan which is very very useful for a team that needs help analyzing the area.

Heck, I think together they'd make a kick-ass team.
