But then Madara got trolled by Black Zetsu and now Kaguya's the main villain.

Did Kishimoto introduced the Rikudou ninja tools for no reason? (Is he making up the story as he goes along?)

Is this evidence that Madara will return since the tools have not served their purpose yet?

Did Kishimoto completely forget he introduced them and let Tenten keep them?
