Matatabi: Breathing fire
Isobu: Foaming jutsu
Son Goku:Lava release
Kokuo:Superhuman Strength
Saiken: Acidic release
Chomei: Poison spore release
Gyuuki: Development of tentacles and tentacle substitution and use of ink.
Kurama: Replenish and stabilize Chakra. He also contributed to the Tailed beast Rasenshuriken.

I based all of these abilities off of each of these tailed beast specialties in the anime and What occured in the Tailed beast and tobi vs Naruto and Bee.

Do you think these could be the powers?

Well so far that's all I have seen. Not only that, but he contributed to naruto's Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken. I guess he stabilizes his chakra to some extent.
