I think instead of limiting the switching of fanbases only to Naruto/Sasuke and Minato/Itachi, it should be considered for every character over whom debating can be done.

Hardly. I get along with Obito fans just fine. It's Itachi fans I don't get along with as well.
I mean, Obito and Kakashi are kind of a duo (after he betrayed Gai) so I don't really see them as opposites.
