Simple, they would share a bit of theri powers with each other as for example make Sasuke able to fly and goudama but only working as automatic defence without control over it. while also give Naruto ability of precogniton and super protection against all genjutsu.

Who knows, as of yet Sasuke hand has zero feats while naruto's can heal or create things. Sasuke's hand may be able to destroy things or something involving ying release. Naruto would probably be able to use both techniques, same can be said for sasuke.
