Orochimaru was a great mentor after he was revived...Itachi only mentored him as a kid and not as a teenager...

Orochimaru, I don't think Obito taught him anything. He learned the most jutsu from Orochimaru and let him meet the hokages to make up his mind about life, love & the pursuit of happiness.

I don't know. He learned a lot from Itachi after he was revived. Itachi's influence on him during the Kabuto fight is what inspired Sasuke to start fighting for something good again.
