So its hard to say...but i will say Kizaru since he is equal to Marco

Without DF, I think it'd be Kizaru>Akainu>Kuzan.

Akainu is a beast and a tank with Haki that can bypass the Haki of Marco and Vista. The other Admirals haven't shown any feats like that so Akainu for now is the strongest. Kuzan could keep up with Akainu so he isn't weak either. Kizaru really relies on his DF but Fujitora is blind so I think Fuji is weaker.

Normally, I would say Issho...but if all have sea stone on then the logia trio use a big part of their fighting style.
Borsalino might be skilled in swords due to his use of it against a great swordsman, Rayleigh. Kuzan and Sakazuki I think it's safe to say have immense CoA.
...i'd say Borsalino is the weakest, not sure though.

Kizaru is the weakest without his DF..he is way to dependent and arrogant with that DF..and hasn't shown anything else

Akainu-He atleast showed that he is a tank
Aokiji-He should that he can use Soru when he telported in from of the Tsunami and he also fought Magma for 10 days
Fujitora-Just speculation but it seems to me like Fuji is new to his DF and he was a swordman first..the WG probably gave him the DF to bring him up to snuff
