She has the Byagukan and the Sharingan ( as said by Hagoromo ).

However, you're forgetting that the soul stealing jutsu requires contact and the victim to be stationary, which isnt goingg t happen.

Based of the information given. Regular Rinnegan have access to paths and Gedo Mazo . As for tomoe Rinnegan has the abilty to switch between dimensions.

now that.... is my reply, all Rinnegans differ just like how all MS differ except for Sasuke's it differs but still has Itachi's abilities with it.

And yes as far as i've seen, each eye tech is different and has different abilities, except for Byagukan (sp), 359 degrees vision.

the only base rinnegan we've seen in action is madaras via nagato, obito and mads himself. no idea if hago could use the same techs madaras had, but most likely. limbo might be a special thing for mads.
sasukes and kaguya dont have normal rinnes.
