Since you stated Prime Hiruzen, and didn't place any restrictions on him, I can only assume you are allowing all the hype given to him in the manga.

In the manga Hiruzen is said to:

*Have mastered all jutsu that exist within the leaf, excluding KKG's, Doujutsu, and Doujutsu derived jutsu
*Have Huge Chakra reserves
*Increased Strength and Speed
*Spamming Shadow Clones

Hiruzen according to the manga can use FTG, Lightning Cutter, Rashomon Gates, Sage Mode, Body Flicker, Great Wind Breakthrough, all clan abilities, and other konoha derived jutsu.


Hiruzen also is stated to be the strongest hokage when he was in his prime. Enma destroyes all hashirama's mokuton constructs in his prime and eliminates all of flowering tree worlds pollen with futon.

Prime hiruzen wins with mid-high difficulty reasonably.
