The Spectre as the embodiment of of God's justice will rapestomp any Naruto character in a fraction of a nano-second, it won't even be funny.. i'm a Itachi fan, but please let's be realistic, no mere mortal unless you have vast reality warping powers such as Franklin Richards, Scarlet Witch or Legion can hold a candle against abstract/cosmic beings with nigh-omnipotent powers such as The Spectre, Eternity, Death, Oblivion, Infinity, Michael Demuirgos, Lucifer Morningstar, Dream of the Endless, Elaine Belloc, White Phoenix of the Crown, The Beyonder and The Living Tribunal..
