in this last chapters there had been to much development around this two friends and their relationship...
in one side we have naruto... a clumsy boy, who had mature around the end of pain arc, after talking with his father, having the loss of his mentor and talking to his killer... naruto had always had a crush on sakura, and will do all in his power to make her happy even if it is at the expense of his own happiness. this crush has developed to much more than a mere crush, has developed to the point of love.
in the other side we have sakura... this is one of the characters that has really mature along the all anime/manga series. at the starts of the series sakura was like a sasuke fangirl based in his good looks, cunning, cool attitude, and prodigious talents. but then she realize that he is also a person, and her point of view of him changes, then grows a deeper feeling for him than a superficial one. in the begining of part 2, she still worries about him, but she will do anything to bring him back to konnoha, if it means attacking him... as sasuke becomes an international criminal, as time goes on, she recognizes that he must be stopped at all costs, even if it means kill him by herself (like kakashi and sai predict). her relationship with naruto also changes, she realizes the lengths that naruto would go for her, she also becomes aware of naruto's problems (she discovers that he is a jinchuriki and he is being hunted down by akatsuki), becoming to much protective of naruto she will help him overcome these obstacles on his hard life. their friendship becomes a deeper one, because they spend to much time together, as a result of that they begin to like of being together, they begin to cheer up one/other... after sai telling that naruto is in a internal struggle and that everybody is depending on him, she becomes aware that she must act. than she decides to declare her feelings toward him, saying that she loves him, but he doesnt believe, thinking that she is lying to herself...
sakura's confession after Sai stated that naruto's internal pain are the effort of keeping sakura happy, and the struggle of saving sasuke and that everybody is depending on him, she decides to travel to the land of iron. there she tells to naruto that she has any feelings for sasuke, since he just keeps breaking her heart and he keeps getting further and further... she also declares her love for him, stating that he brings peace to her, and she learned to love him since he has always been there for her, by next to her. naruto remembers some team 7 moments and he tells her she is lying to herself. Despite all of this, Yamato and Sai have suggested that Sakura's feelings for Naruto are more than mere friendship.
i think that there is to much development between this two, and i think that this development is not done yet.. im guessing that this two will be together in a near future... tell me what are your thoughts
