Can Naruto nullify Jutsu with Godudama's?

Godudama and Onmyoudon are completely different functioning Jutsu.

Godudama are the balls themselves. Onmyoudon, however is Yin-Yang based technique applied to them. Naruto can't use Yin based techniques, so he can't use the Onmuoudon.​

Yin based techniques don't strictly dealing with genjutsu, they also deal with giving form to something, naruto doesn't have to be a great genjutsu user as the juubi jink forms grant their users abilities, and what does naruto possessing the sun seal have anything to do with his inability to use yin?

So nothing indicates naruto can't destroy ninjutsu with his abilities.

Naruto has extreme chakra control, yin/yang release to nullify ninjutsu is an ability instantly granted to the juubi jinchuriki's host when they have control over its powers, it isn't something that the person has to train to develop, and it doesn't matter if naruto is more of a yang user than yin.

And nothing indicates he can apply Yin to the Godudama, so I am not going to give him a feat.

Since when does a character have to show a feat on panel in order to be able to have that ability? Can JJ Madara use susanoo? Based on what feats? Can Hagoromo use yin/yang? based on what feats?

Lack of feats means nothing if there's never an opportunity to showcase the feat. This is manga evaluating logic 101, and what separates the objective posters from the agenda ridden fanboys.
