Does it make sense that Kakuzu captured Fu in the Akatsuki and Pain captured Han?

What are your thoughts on the 5 & 7 Tail Jins that were captured by the unidentified akatsuki member?
Kakuzu is from the hidden waterfall village like Fu, so he knows the ins and outs to the village and probably captured as a means of some sort to weaken the village.
Pain is also another suitable member with the capture of the 5 tails jin. This is because Deva path actually has physical strength that could be a threat to the 5 tails and has the 6th paths to overpower Han's enormous strength. The only other member that has physical strength to battle against Han is Kisame or Hidan, but I feel kisame elemental chakra nature of water wouldn't over a user of boil release (Water and Fire) and it would be extremely difficult for Hidan to take Han's blood when Han has all that armor on.

The only powerhouses that can/have capture Jinchuurikis by themselves are Pain (6-tails-known), Kisame(4-tails-known, could've 8-tails), Deidara (1-tails-known, 3-tails w/ Tobi) and Tobi (3-tails-known, released 9-tails from Kushina)
Kakuza had Hidan when they captured the Two-Tails Jinchuuriki.
And also the Akatsuki has intel on the Jinchuurikis and their villages.
The 7-tails and 5-tails Jinchuuriki was probably caught either by these members; Pain (maybe w/ Konan or Tobi or Kisame or Kakuzu), Kisame (maybe w/ Pain or Tobi or Kakuzu), Tobi (maybe w/ Pain or Kisame or Kakuzu), Kakuzu (w/ Pain or Kisame or Tobi),

I believe Konan took out Fuu, would make sense since they're both girls and can fly.

Don't think Kakazu could beat Han though, I think that was either Kisame or Itachi.

The anime is an adaption off the manga, do you think Kishimoto allows his work to be altered? And i heard that he, himself doesnt work on the manga chapters by himself, but w/ others. Only when the manga, anime,,and movies create inconsistencies and contradictions is when it should be questioned.

Han isnt a "strictly" taijutsu user, he just uses his steam-base ninjutsu to drastically increase his physical strength/hits. Either way you are assuming that Kisame was talking about him. And it took Guy* in his 7th gate for Kisame to have said that.
