I think orachimaru is the strongest ninja other then current naruto and sasuke and madara because he has edo tensei and he can use it the best and summon everyone like akatski kage to fight for him and plus he is immortal and took on 6 tail naruto with no arms if he has arms and dragon sage mode that makes him really really good he might be able to beat sasuke or naruto if he also brings madara back sages family not included
