Not to mention the cops in the bad neighborhoods are part to blame on why so many black people in the hood don't have fathers. Hood cops are the worst cops, I don't care what anyone says. You can make it out to be some "oh we need to stop the hate against the cops" but what do you think they hate them for? They're jerks who power trip, it's like a gang.
