Hey. You can start out by telling what EIGs is about.

Eight Inner gates are tenketsu that arm located in specific spots on the chakra system. By opening these gates the users chakra flow increases and pushes their physical capabilities to the max granting them increased speed and raw physical power.

Alright stand still. The First Gate Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) is located in the brain. Focus on regulating chakra throughout your body. Do you know the first Gate makes a huge difference? Normally an average human being cannot use more then 1 percent of his brain. So apart from movements a human being has no administrative control over its own body. You can't adjust how much energy you give to what part of your body, because the brain has set a limiter on it. Take this as an example, the computers hardware dies fast if you've set it to maximum performance. Like that your body can't perform excessively. The usual limit is 20% muscle output.

If the gate is opened. All your stress from our exercise should be gone and your performance should increase 5 fold. How do you feel? Try some basic movements and exercises.

(Though, thing is. This is calculated otherwise in our RPG, you can always look on the speedchart for guidelines regarding that. But else, it pretty much spot-on)
