Who in One piece has the most lethal Logia so far I would Say Sakazuki Akainu because if you get anywhere near that Magma he will melt you.

XD It can work like a logia by simply covering the parts the attacks are heading for in darkness therefore they pass into it.

As of right now though the strongest is the light fruit, gas fruit,and lightning fruit but the fruit potential varies based on the user
