He was cool, but he was introduced to early, and too hyped. But wasn't All that great once you think about it.

I give him a 10 made me cry when he died the back story of him and the boy

Yall are crazy, he would have beat Kakashi 1v1 if it wasn't for Naruto and Sasuke plus he was beaten by the main character and his partner it's not like he was taken out by Sakura and Chiyo. Despite being the first real villain intro'd he's still one of the most badass characters yet.

All in all i give him a solid 4 (close to a 5).
