Do people really think Kuma or PX-0 Lost his Paw paw ability? No. He used it at MF. And he was leveling Ors Jr with his PX-0 body. Nothing a normal pacafista could do Or is it the fact that he can't think like a human? He basically had the greatest scientist in the world supe up his brain and body making him the greatest weapon alive. And we have seen weapons with dfs (All be it Zoan) But kuma still had it before being robo-fied why not after? Do people really think Vegapunk would do a botched job. If anything he thinks better now. His thoughts are less filled with morality and remorse (Him and his bible) and REPLACED cold hard logic.

Untill we see evidence that Vegapunk doesnt live up to the hype of being The worlds best or we see kuma without his Fruit

Good point, Vegapunk would hardly make Kuma weaker, if he is the smartest scientist in the world he should notice that Kuma would be stronger without the implants if that was the case.

I think it comes from the fact Kuma now cannot possess any form of Haki because he has no conscience, although maybe Vegapunk has given him a replacement like 360 view or a birds eye view ability, hit detection maybe? Then his steel makes up for CoA. Idk, good point though bro. Agree.

Post-TS Kuma is strong but not as strong as pre-TS Kuma. I'm sure Kuma will be reverted back in the future though.
