Oh yes. A Madara hater cause my opinion differs. I actually liked blind Madara and Edo Tensei Madara. But yes, he was a letdown because of his character. It's dull, much like Kaguya's.

Dude he was fighting 8 gates and sage naruto and rinnegan sasuke what do you think ? Besides juubi madara used CT and has 4 limbo clones which blind madara didn't .....

Ramen guy can defeat Naruto by either poisoning his ramen or just to close his business. Naruto is on the same level as Kaguya. Kaguya defeated Madara. Therefore, Naruto can defeat Madara. Which means the Ramen Guy can defeat Madara.
