I was Wondering knowing how Madara stated Tsunade pales in Comparison to Hashirama how would that be I just want to know who is overall the best medic out of the the two and WHY!!​

1). She has greater understanding of the human anatomy.
2). She can heal a whole village and herself, whereas Hashirama limited to only himself.
3). She showed to heal internal mind damage - Kakashi and Sasuke from Tsukuyomi.
4). She is the one who published the laws of medical Ninjutsu.

No comparison. Her medical Ninjutsu is unparalleled.​

Madara said that before he saw byakugou if im not mistaken. And even then he was talking about overall ninja.

As a medical ninja Tsunade no diffs hashi by feats. They both apparently have instant regeneration but looking at medical still and everything Tsunade wins. I can't believe hashirama has even 2 votes.

And well i just realised I don't believe his instant regeneration is a result of his medical knowledge. But maybe his sage mode aplifies what he already has, who knows.
