rasengan was a short range jutsu that required naruto running but he still managed to hit obito with hekp from the 4th so my thought is if they were using combo attacks like they were against obito it couldve worked.

If either minato and tobirama tried to teleport it they could b burnt and yes it's short range look up the Jutsu wiki or w.e ppl think sasuke starting from ms thought he could just one shot ppl with this tech but they fail to realize tht it's short range and judging from raikage it burns slowly ...also sasuke wouldn't always have minato or tobirama to teleport it for him I mean if tht could happen

As for the Jutsu itself an senjutsu Amatratsu if landed would work unless they got it off them somehow but it wouldn't even land

Naruto still controls rasengan and is holding it if sasuke shot Amatratsu it needs a target and if he tried to do tht with tobirama or minato one of them can get hurt can he do it with Enton perhaps cuz he has better control over it but still it's risky because someone can get hurt from it
