One question about the Minato's seal that he does to the Enemies.

So , Minato did a seal to obito and to bee's tail (or something like that)

when he teleports himself with his FTG or without the need of the FTG teleportation , can he teleport the person that has the seal to him?

NOPE, he can only teleport himself to the person, but in the case of the person with the seal he can probably swap place with him or synchronize his chakra with the person and teleport them together

Minato teleports to marked seals using FTG(which has no limited range) while he uses body flicker for short distances.I don't think so he can teleport the marked person but i may be wrong..

Don't think Minato can "summon" someone. But he can swap places with another FTG user.

Well his shadow clone did summon the original minato to himself. Don't know if that was FTG or not, probably was though. He should be able to do that with other people.
