just look at him training in 100g gravity machine his skin from intense training turns pinkish, that's usually a sign of white person skin turning redish because a pale skin has much more clearthru than a tan skin, a tan skin doesnt turn that kind of color. usually when a white person trains or runs his skin becomes pinkish because of the blood flow.

IN THE MANGA YOU CAN SEE GOKU SKIN NEVER HAD ANY GRAY OR TA OUTLINES, MEANING HE HAD LITERAL WHITE SKIN LIKE A NORMAL WHITE PERSON WOULD HAVE THEREFORE GOKU WAS NEVER TAN
