:|:|...tell that to Kabuto, Kakazu, Tendo Pain, Obito, hell, even Madara, etc. These guys, all experienced shinobi, were hit with a Rasengan or Rasengan Variant of some kind. You fail to also notice that outside of just knowing the jutsu you need to have a battle plan to use the jutsu effectively. Naruto is also a good tactician, maybe not at the level of Shikamaru, but keen enough to outsmart more powerful enemies time and again.
