So his dojutsu that has been so highly touted is a kin to hiraishin in a sense. at least the way Minato uses it. Thats actually pretty impressive. He can manipulate his environment very easily. He can swap places with anything he sees I guess but the distance is limited. That could make for an interesting fight with Naruto.

Yes. From the suggestion if panel placement, Sasuke is capable of swapping locations with an object in his vision. It is suggested he swapped with Sakura's jacket to make the jump.

It's like Minerva's territory magic when she swaps Erza and Kagura. Expect he seemingly can only use himself and some other object he sees.
