Too bad Itachi's prime was when he was 13 and he didn't have Yata mirror, Totsuka blade, mastery of his MS jutsus, and knowledge he shown years later. Itachi didn't show his disease at 13 which means that's when he was at his strongest since he didn't need to take medicine to prolong his life as Itachi in part 1 and up had to.
