I haven't joined Itachi Base yet... but you have right? And I thought Itachi Base had Sasuke Base's back as Family just as Lord Itachi has Lord SAsuke's back as brothers which is why I assumed Itachi Base members supported Sasuke

Sasuke doesn't care about TAKA he simply used them... If Juugo, Suigetsu, karin, or oro(Considering he practically joined Taka) were to die he would give no fuqs... He is completely independent and depends on NO ONE but himself in battle that is solo which NAruto lacks considering he always had Kurama save him in battles like against pain and Orochimaru
