Naruto is far stronger via recent showings and he's not at full power. Now we know Sasuke's teleport has dinky range with it's cooldown. It's pretty clear Naruto is superior.

It's confirmed his teleport is basically a substitution jutsu with limited range, and his strongest tech known as susanoo was done in by kaguya with 0 difficulty while naruto is currently fighting her by himself and he even managed to fool her into thinking a clone was the real him. By feats Naruto>Sasuke, but the power Naruto and Sasuke were given is equal so u r severely underselling Sasuke. You can't make a fair comparison until both sides have shown a decent amount of their abilities.
