Here, Obito said that he marked this place so he can appear there again from the other dimension.

which means just like FTG, if you are marked by Obito, He can wrap to you no matter where you are.
We already knew Obito could teleport anywhere he wanted but marking a dimension or any object allows him to keep a tail on it. No Escape!! haha

Obito said, it takes a lot of chakra to wrap to other dimenions not Kamui dimension. If Obito marks ppl/Objects he can get to them whenever he wants easily.
