Sasuke came down to attack, Kaguya sensed him, flared the aura, used some kind of unknown technique and completely eradicated his Susanoo. What I know is that is wasn't her chakra fists.

Me stop? I didn't see anywhere in the manga that indicates that that was an attack. Here Sasuke says "not even Suanoo works" implying that he was playing the offense and Kaguya was defending against him
